Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of SMB workflows, particularly in trades, construction, or field service industries.
- Proven experience shipping product experiments and iterating based on data and user feedback.
- Solid grasp of SaaS product metrics, performance drivers, and growth levers.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product and analytics tools such as Jira, ProductBoard, Amplitude, Optimizely, Looker, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving product environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for agent-assisted field service management workflows.
- Own end-to-end product delivery across key areas such as jobs, scheduling, customer communications, and payments.
- Lead customer discovery efforts including interviews and usability testing.
- Design and optimize human-in-the-loop experiences for AI-driven actions.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business outcomes.
- Run experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and platform teams.
