Requirements

- Background in startup or early-stage product environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and execution.
- Excellent UX and product thinking with the ability to simplify complexity into elegant solutions.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Systems-thinking mindset with experience contributing to or building design systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering teams.
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in iterative development cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery and research through to delivery and implementation across a complex digital platform.
- Translate multifaceted workflows into clear, intuitive, and user-centered experiences for creators, publishers, and other stakeholders.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction models and product vision.
- Define, build, and evolve scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards for a growing platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Contribute to product strategy through strong product thinking, user empathy, and a deep understanding of creator workflows.
- Advocate for UX excellence, usability, and consistency while balancing speed and iterative product development.
