Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Establish and evolve design systems and interaction patterns
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions
- Contribute to product strategy through strong product thinking and user empathy
- Balance speed and quality while working in an iterative environment
- Advocate for design excellence and user experience best practices
