- Experience designing data-rich interfaces like dashboards or analytics tools
- Proven user research skills including interviews and usability testing
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design across interconnected workflows
- Ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers
- Experience working with design systems
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design work across discovery, research, prototyping, and high-fidelity execution
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define product direction and shape problem framing
- Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research activities to inform product decisions
- Design complex, data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards and analytical systems
- Collaborate during development to ensure design intent and resolve usability gaps
- Contribute to and evolve design systems
