Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with backlog management, refinement, and collaboration with Product Owners.
- Ability to analyze and track agile metrics and performance indicators.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.
- Experience facilitating ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and delivery improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper adoption of Agile and Kanban methodologies across teams.
- Monitor and analyze agile metrics and team performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring items are well-defined and ready for development.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments, dependencies, and conflicts that impact team delivery and flow.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve engineering processes, productivity, and delivery predictability.
- Support the definition and tracking of business and delivery metrics, ensuring alignment with value creation goals.
- Promote Agile culture and best practices across teams, fostering collaboration and transparency.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
