Requirements
- Solid experience in test automation engineering in complex software environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Robot Framework, Playwright, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Strong knowledge of testing types, including functional, regression, UI, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong technical and analytical skills to design effective test strategies and identify system issues.
- Proficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and architects.
- Strong communication, proactivity, leadership mindset, and ability to support technical decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve automated testing frameworks to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across applications.
- Design and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies covering functional, regression, integration, UI, performance, and security testing.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to quality planning from early stages of development.
- Identify, report, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring proper resolution and validation.
- Collaborate with development, product, and architecture teams to improve testing processes and overall software quality.
- Act as a technical reference for QA practices, supporting the definition and adoption of best practices in test automation.
