Requirements

- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand integrity at scale
- Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or supporting junior creatives
Responsibilities
- Create compelling copy across email, paid social, display, web, and video formats, ensuring clarity, engagement, and conversion impact
- Adapt tone and messaging across multiple healthcare education brands, maintaining distinct voice and compliance standards for each
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless integration of copy within campaigns and assets
- Mentor junior copywriters, providing feedback, guidance, and support to elevate overall team output and consistency
- Use AI-assisted tools to enhance ideation, iteration, and production efficiency while maintaining strong editorial judgment
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery in a high-volume production environment
- Contribute to campaign strategy, messaging frameworks, and concept development alongside cross-functional partners
- Ensure all content meets regulatory, brand, and audience-specific requirements, particularly within healthcare and education contexts
