Job Details

Proven experience producing high-quality digital copy across web, email, social, and campaign channels
Strong portfolio demonstrating adaptability across tones, brands, and content types
Experience in healthcare, education, or other mission-driven or regulated industries is highly valuable
Background in high-volume content production environments with strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, design, and strategy teams in a cross-functional setup
Experience using AI writing tools and workflows to support ideation and production efficiency
Strong editorial judgment with the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand integrity at scale
Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or supporting junior creatives

Create compelling copy across email, paid social, display, web, and video formats, ensuring clarity, engagement, and conversion impact
Adapt tone and messaging across multiple healthcare education brands, maintaining distinct voice and compliance standards for each
Collaborate closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless integration of copy within campaigns and assets
Mentor junior copywriters, providing feedback, guidance, and support to elevate overall team output and consistency
Use AI-assisted tools to enhance ideation, iteration, and production efficiency while maintaining strong editorial judgment
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery in a high-volume production environment
Contribute to campaign strategy, messaging frameworks, and concept development alongside cross-functional partners
