Requirements

- Strong communication skills for synchronous and asynchronous channels.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing technical trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium complexity initiatives from technical discovery to delivery.
- Improve Wikipedia mobile product experiences for a global, multilingual audience.
- Design and build accessible, adaptable, and scalable components.
- Instrument features to enable deeper analysis by Product Analysts.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on technical solutions.
- Identify high-impact technical opportunities and manage project priorities.
- Mentor engineers through code review, pairing, and technical design.
