Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in a Salesforce-related role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, and permission sets
- Experience deploying configuration between environments with Change Sets or Gearset
- Experience with data migrations including mapping and importing into Salesforce
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (preferred but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Build and configure solutions on Salesforce
- Conduct system testing
- Data migration and transformation including mapping and design
- Deploy configuration changes from sandbox to production
- Investigate and resolve issues by debugging problems
- Participate in UAT and deployment readiness
- Refine and contribute to test scripts
- Support the creation of training documentation
- Assist during sprint testing and UAT
- Participate in post-deployment support and investigate escalations
