Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).
- Hold an active, unrestricted medical license.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
- Available for full-time or part-time W-2 employment.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
- Manage low to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).
- Perform 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Collaborate within an in-house referral network to therapists.
- Engage in clinical decision-making with full autonomy over session length and patient volume.
- Utilize operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing.
