Responsibilities
- Support real estate management team by monitoring project status
- Manage development and renovation projects from acquisition to completion
- Search for and negotiate with contractors, tracking milestones across properties
- Act as central point of contact between company, authorities, and contractors
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and monitor expenditures
- Organize property condition assessments and maintain digital documentation
- Research local development standards, market prices, and regulatory procedures
