Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering data products and platform capabilities.
- Deep expertise with DBT, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Omni.
- Strong understanding of modular and reusable data modeling (star and snowflake schemas).
- Comprehensive knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Understanding of analytics and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead data foundation and ecosystems.
- Design and maintain foundational data models.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver data products.
- Develop scalable data frameworks and tools.
- Implement machine learning for forecasting and anomaly detection.
- Manage Snowflake data sharing solutions.
- Optimize data visualization performance and query speed.
- Drive complex data initiatives from requirements to deployment.
