Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Principal Architect
- Experience in high-load SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure companies
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on development background in Go and Python
- Track record of improving reliability, delivery speed, and infrastructure efficiency
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, and incident management
- Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and secure system design
- Skilled at hiring and mentoring engineers and tech leads
- English language skills (B2 level)
- Fluent Russian language
Responsibilities
- Define and drive architectural strategy and engineering governance
- Lead the evolution of a high-load, event-driven platform
- Own reliability, SRE practices, and incident management
- Oversee engineering hiring, performance, and leadership development
- Manage cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Drive infrastructure efficiency and cost control
- Bridge engineering teams and executive stakeholders
- Champion automation and AI integration
