- Leadership or team coordination experience is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through virtual interactions, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement and support.
- Conduct Zoom-based consultations to explain life, accident, and supplemental health products in a clear and client-focused manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product guidance, and ensure clients understand their coverage options and benefits.
- Manage client follow-ups, renewals, and ongoing account needs to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update client information in internal systems as required.
- Apply strong communication and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions effectively in a remote environment.
- Support clients in navigating policy options and escalating complex cases when necessary.
