Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through virtual interactions, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement and support.
  • Conduct Zoom-based consultations to explain life, accident, and supplemental health products in a clear and client-focused manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product guidance, and ensure clients understand their coverage options and benefits.
  • Manage client follow-ups, renewals, and ongoing account needs to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update client information in internal systems as required.
  • Apply strong communication and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions effectively in a remote environment.
  • Support clients in navigating policy options and escalating complex cases when necessary.
