Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in agency or multi-client settings.
- Exceptional portfolio of shipped websites and digital products.
- Expert-level Figma proficiency (auto layout, variables, tokens, design systems).
- Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, color, composition).
- Deep understanding of information architecture, user flows, and mobile-first responsive design.
- Ability to design and communicate motion and micro-interactions.
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Proven experience with developer handoff and front-end collaboration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Comfort using AI tools for imagery generation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for client websites from information architecture to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Design mobile-first, responsive layouts across multiple breakpoints.
- Build and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design systems.
- Define and document micro-interactions and motion behavior for developer implementation.
- Present design work to internal teams and clients, explaining strategic decisions.
- Ensure designs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Partner with developers through implementation and review live builds.
- Generate and adapt visual assets using AI tools as needed.
