- Experience using AI development tools like Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
- Strong technical judgment and ability to balance trade-offs
- Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented engineering environment
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Leading larger modernization initiatives across the platform
- Developing the next generation of APIs
- Evolving core modules including scheduling, placements, and lottery management
- Improving data access, reporting, and analytics capabilities
- Incorporating AI-assisted tools into the development lifecycle
- Collaborating with Product Managers on planning and backlog refinement
- Providing thoughtful feedback through code reviews
- Participating in shared support responsibilities and incident response
