- Experience working with UX or marketing researchers
- Familiarity with Qualtrics, Braze, Iterable, Taxi, or similar
- Experience with A/B testing or personalization
- Background in tech, startup, or agency environments
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy research outreach campaigns at scale
- Collaborate with researchers to refine recruitment plans and improve messaging
- Keep study leads informed about recruitment progress and timelines
- Reassess priorities daily to meet tight deadlines
- Coordinate interview scheduling and handle incentive distribution
- Maintain clean documentation across research tools
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
