Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Ownership of end-to-end searches
- Experience scaling organizations and operating in ambiguity
- Comfortable working directly with hiring managers
- Strong sourcing experience beyond LinkedIn
- Experience in using Ashby or an equivalent ATS
- Clear, professional communication and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Own searches from kickoff through offer and onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple roles and clients
- Run structured screening calls and guide candidates through the process
- Work directly with clients and hiring managers to understand their needs
- Build candidate pipelines using a variety of channels beyond LinkedIn
- Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and coordination
- Set up and manage pipelines in Ashby ATS
- Contribute to improving recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks
