Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ownership of end-to-end searches
  • Experience scaling organizations and operating in ambiguity
  • Comfortable working directly with hiring managers
  • Strong sourcing experience beyond LinkedIn
  • Experience in using Ashby or an equivalent ATS
  • Clear, professional communication and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Own searches from kickoff through offer and onboarding
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple roles and clients
  • Run structured screening calls and guide candidates through the process
  • Work directly with clients and hiring managers to understand their needs
  • Build candidate pipelines using a variety of channels beyond LinkedIn
  • Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and coordination
  • Set up and manage pipelines in Ashby ATS
  • Contribute to improving recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks
