Requirements
- Be based in Poland.
- Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
- Make decisions and take ownership of them, including when they go wrong.
- Recognize which decisions are yours to make and which are not.
- Take feedback as information and make changes while retaining well-founded judgment.
- Spot when something is failing and say so, including when the process is at fault.
- Write clearly and honestly, especially about problems.
- Provide an accurate work history; the employer, dates, title, and paid status will be verified using a contract and payslips.
Responsibilities
- Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the trial.
- Source, screen, and hire candidates by running the hiring funnel end to end.
- Follow up with candidates, schedule interviews, and keep the hiring tracker accurate.
- Identify when the hiring process itself is not working and report it.
- Plan, brief, and follow up on client work.
- Hold timelines and brief the team clearly to help ensure client work ships.
- Notice when work has stalled, decide what to do, and close the issue without being asked.
