Job Details

Proven experience leading operations in a small or lean business environment.
Experience managing teams and making difficult personnel and performance-related decisions.
Experience owning, developing, or rebuilding a sales process.
Ability to interpret and manage a profit and loss statement (P&L) and protect gross margins.
Strong technological aptitude and a systems-oriented mindset.
Ability to understand how people, processes, automation, and technology work together in business operations.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to take ownership of challenges independently.
Ability to work effectively with a fast-moving, direct founder and bring clear recommendations and decisions.
Sound judgment about when to escalate issues and when to resolve them independently.
Must reside in the Phoenix Valley, Arizona, with availability for local job-site visits and in-person team meetings.

Oversee four AI agents across lead intake, customer experience, project coordination, and accounting workflows.
Audit AI agent performance and improve automated processes and operational infrastructure.
Own and improve the sales process, particularly the retail sales channel, lead management, conversion, and reporting.
Oversee production, project coordination, and service delivery for roofing repairs, replacements, and custom projects.
Manage and support the field superintendent and project coordinator.
Monitor the P&L, protect gross margins, and work with the controller on financial performance.
Oversee marketing and lead flow, including Meta advertising and funnel reporting.
Lead the operational team, set expectations, monitor performance, and address performance issues.
