Requirements
- Have run operations in a lean business.
- Have managed a team and made difficult performance decisions.
- Have owned or rebuilt a sales process.
- Be able to read a P&L and protect a margin without being the bookkeeper.
- Be comfortable with technology and think in systems.
- Work well with a fast-moving, direct founder; bring decisions, escalate sparingly, and figure things out before asking.
- Live in the Phoenix Valley and be available in person for job sites and team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the AI agents running lead intake, customer experience, project coordination, and accounting.
- Run sales operations and build out the retail sales process.
- Oversee production and fulfillment.
- Manage financial performance and protect margins.
- Oversee marketing and lead flow.
- Lead the team, including the field superintendent, project coordinator, and controller.
- Learn the full pipeline and audit every AI agent.
- Deliver a written 90-day priority plan.
- Stand up funnel reporting and take ownership of Meta ad performance.
