Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud data work (AWS) confirmed by commercial production deployments
Experience in a Lead Developer/Architect role or similar
Very good knowledge of Databricks, including latest features like Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog
Proficiency in CI/CD, IaaC/Terraform, and Git
Ability to create and modify data models (DWH, Data Marts, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Data Lakehouse)
Deep understanding of Lambda and Kappa architectures
Experience in building near-to-real-time data analysis solutions
Ability to plan infrastructure, calculate costs, and perform monitoring/troubleshooting in the cloud
Knowledge of on-premise to cloud migration and migration types
Knowledge of secure data storage and processing mechanisms in the cloud
Strategic and analytical thinking, self-organization, and proactive attitude
Mentoring and training experience
Advanced English language proficiency (min. C1)

Consulting and designing Data solutions tailored to client business needs
Participating in pre-sales meetings (pitches, gathering and refining requirements)
Preparing substantive input for proposals (architecture, TCO/ROI, cloud costs)
Estimating projects and building arguments for proposed solutions
Presenting proposals and answering client questions
Conducting R&D work and creating Proof of Concepts in the Data area
Designing and developing complete data processing platforms (BI, ML, cloud ecosystem)
Optimizing analytical and cost solutions
Collaborating with technical teams on the client side and coordinating engineer work
Overseeing end-to-end project implementation
Engaging in the development of the Data Solutions business line (recruitment, mentoring, conferences)
