Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of accounting experience with technical exposure.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience with technical accounting research and memo preparation.
- Familiarity with global accounting topics like revenue recognition and transfer pricing.
- Experience working with auditors and external advisors.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and close automation tools.
- ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in multi-entity, international business environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Research and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions under US GAAP/IFRS.
- Prepare technical accounting memos for functional currency, equity, and debt.
- Monitor and assess the impact of new accounting standards.
- Support global accounting consistency and consolidated financial reporting.
- Lead intercompany accounting process optimization and transfer pricing alignment.
- Support accounting for revenue streams including SaaS and licensing.
- Maintain documentation for external audits and internal controls.
