Requirements

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Comfort working in Salesforce for lead management and reporting.
- Experience with webinar platforms like Zoom Webinars or ON24.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for drafting and task automation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience in spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end build and execution of marketing emails in HubSpot including A/B testing, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Manage technical setup and execution of webinars via Zoom and Payload CMS.
- Support digital marketing team with landing page builds, UTM tracking, and paid media campaign operations.
- Compile and analyze campaign performance metrics across multiple channels.
- Maintain marketing databases and ensure proper integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team using Monday.com for project coordination.
