- Strong understanding of social, creator, and internet culture
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Create original social-first content for LTK's owned channels
- Concept, shoot and edit content
- Turn brand messages and trends into engaging social content
- Write clear and platform-appropriate captions and hooks
- Support day-to-day publishing across consumer and corporate social channels
- Monitor platform trends to identify content opportunities
- Support community engagement
- Track content performance and iterate based on learnings
- Collaborate across PR, brand, product, and design teams
