Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing consulting, delivery, or solution architecture teams
- Strong technical background as a hands-on Solutions Architect
- Experience driving end-to-end project delivery against outcomes (fixed fee) in Fortune 500 organisations
- Experience in geographies such as France, Italy, Spain, the Middle East and South Africa
- Experience implementing project schedules with customer engagement
- Experience with Databricks products space (Data and AI) or direct competitors
Responsibilities
- Achieve regional team targets for billable utilisation, hiring and revenue
- Partner with account executives, customer success and field engineering leaders
- Guide Forward Deployed Engineers to achieve success with professional services projects
- Resolve customer concerns on strategic accounts and professional services engagements
- Analyse operational processes and escalation procedures
- Perform training needs assessments to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
- Handle escalations, mentor team members, and develop career paths
