- OR 3 years professional experience in patient-/client-facing roles with a Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for creating exceptional healthcare member experiences
- Aptitude for learning new products
- Ability to explain complex topics simply
- High emotional quotient and comfort with sensitive topics
- Strong interest in healthcare, technology, and service operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Must be located on the West Coast
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch, personalized support to members facing medical concerns
- Build strong relationships and ensure member satisfaction
- Execute time-sensitive member requests including expert consultations and physician referrals
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve member experience
- Maintain accurate records of member and physician interactions
- Assist with new member onboarding
- Recruit new medical experts through targeted outreach
- Respond to member requests via email, phone, and text
- Resolve time-sensitive support issues
- Collaborate with Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver project needs
