Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, data science, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Experience using Python for data analysis, exploration, validation, and automation.
- Strong statistical analysis skills, including interpreting trends, anomalies, and experiments.
- Experience with exploratory data analysis, data quality validation, and root cause investigation.
- Understanding of experiment design and A/B testing concepts.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to take ownership of complex datasets and work independently.
- Strong business understanding and clear communication skills.
- English level: B2 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a deep understanding of key ACR datasets.
- Monitor data quality, identify anomalies, investigate unexpected metric changes, and explain their root causes and business impact.
- Analyze changes in audience numbers, match rates, session counts, and other operational metrics.
- Partner with Product Management on feature validation, experiment evaluation, and impact assessment.
- Work closely with Engineering to validate releases and measure impact of algorithm changes.
- Design and improve analytical validation frameworks, reporting, monitoring, and alerting.
- Support stakeholders by translating complex data behavior into business insights.
