Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in mobile development.
- 2+ years in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role.
- Proven experience delivering mobile apps on both iOS and Android.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience with Flutter (Dart) and React Native.
- Proficiency in iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java).
- Knowledge of mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular design).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, App Store, and Google Play deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile developers (cross-platform and native).
- Define and oversee scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile architectures.
- Lead development using Flutter and React Native.
- Provide technical guidance on iOS and Android native development.
- Collaborate with backend teams on API integrations and data synchronization.
- Work with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and app deployment.
- Ensure applications meet performance and security standards.
- Oversee sprint planning and project delivery.
