Requirements
- Proven track record managing distributed infrastructure, network nodes, and bare-metal server architectures.
- Experience handling ISMS audits and vulnerability tracking.
- Deep expertise in Linux Ubuntu kernel tuning and hardening.
- Proficiency with Proxmox VE and Ceph clustering.
- Experience with MySQL/MariaDB replication and Nginx reverse proxies.
- Capability in AWS infrastructure services.
- Strong automation skills in Bash and Python.
- Proficiency in monitoring via Nagios or Zabbix.
- Experience with pfSense, VLAN structuring, and VPN routing.
- Capability to operate on-call 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Architect, scale, and maintain bare-metal hypervisors and highly available storage architectures.
- Deploy, harden, and scale core Linux environment pools using automated orchestration.
- Maintain visibility over server health and application metrics.
- Stand as front-line shield against unexpected downtime and perform troubleshooting.
- Deploy firewall rules, manage network routing, and execute vulnerability scans.
- Manage internal user environments and technology tooling procurement.
- Build manuals for user access policies and maintain IT documentation.
