Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Management.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and server hardening.
- Experience with enterprise virtualization such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or Azure IaaS.
- Proficiency in infrastructure security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
- Knowledge of virtual desktop technologies (Citrix, Microsoft RDS, VMware Horizon).
- Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery strategies, particularly Veeam.
- Advanced PowerShell skills for automation.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments.
- Ability to perform structured Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to work autonomously in medium- to large-scale enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server hardening.
- Manage enterprise virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Azure IaaS.
- Maintain physical servers, storage, corporate networks, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Implement infrastructure security controls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance corrections.
- Support virtual desktop environments including Citrix, Microsoft RDS, and VMware Horizon.
- Manage enterprise backup and recovery environments, ideally with Veeam and cloud replication.
- Develop PowerShell automation scripts to standardize processes and improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex technical incidents.
- Contribute to infrastructure migrations, consolidation, and technology transformation projects.
