Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- 10 years of experience leading teams.
- 8-10 years of experience in a lead technical role, including HR technology strategy.
- 8 years of experience with HCM systems like Workday.
- Experience implementing/supporting ERP cloud for HCM and payroll.
- Understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, etc.).
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with all aspects of SDLC.
- Workday Certified in HCM and FIN (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for HR technology solutions.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align technology with strategy.
- Lead cross-functional project teams for complex HR technology solutions.
- Direct optimization, design, and performance of Workday and HR data/interfaces.
- Own HR technology roadmap, release planning, and feature adoption.
- Execute change management, communications, and training tactics.
- Lead requirements discovery with stakeholders to prioritize needs.
- Configure and deploy Workday business process and system updates.
- Serve as primary SME for Workday and HR SaaS solutions.
- Ensure enterprise HR data integrity and security across systems.
