Requirements

  • Several years of experience in marketing analytics or science.
  • Deep expertise in at least two of MMM, Incrementality Testing, and Multi-Touch Attribution.
  • Hands-on experience building/calibrating MMM models (Robyn, Google Meridian, PyMC-Marketing, etc.).
  • Strong foundation in causal inference (difference-in-differences, synthetic control).
  • Expert-level SQL and Python or R.
  • Experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery or Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with analytics engineering workflows (dbt).
  • Experience with BI tools like LightDash, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Track record of optimizing CAC, LTV, churn, and ROAS.
  • Exceptional communication skills for senior/board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve growth MMM portfolio.
  • Design and execute incrementality experiments like geo-holdouts and conversion lift studies.
  • Evolve attribution methodology and models.
  • Calculate and optimize CAC and LTV:CAC strategic KPIs.
  • Build measurement literacy within Growth and Acquisition teams.
  • Build and maintain performance marketing reporting framework.
  • Translate business questions into measurement plans and actionable analytics.
  • Drive adoption of measurement outputs to influence budget allocation.
  • Develop a unified decision framework for scaling spend.
  • Document experiments and MMM results to build institutional knowledge.
