Job Details

4-6 years of experience preferred delivering full-stack software in a production environment.
Proven experience designing, testing, and maintaining features across both frontend user experiences and backend services.
Experience working with distributed systems, integrations, networked services, or accuracy-critical systems.
Ability to work independently, clarify ambiguity, and solve complex problems with minimal oversight.
Clear communication skills regarding scope, trade-offs, and technical constraints.
Proficiency in Python and Django.
Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Design Systems.
Knowledge of databases, API contracts, CI/CD, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience with observability and production debugging tools.

Build, support, and deploy end-to-end product surfaces, including user-facing workflows, APIs, data models, and integrations.
Break down projects into actionable tasks, provide reasonable estimates, and communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early.
Write clean, well-documented code, participate in constructive code reviews, increase test coverage, and reduce technical debt through pragmatic refactoring.
Monitor production performance using observability tools, create dashboards, and optimize systems based on latency, memory usage, and query performance.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and QA teams.
Guide and mentor early-career engineers by sharing context and modeling strong habits.
