Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in enterprise or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial systems (controls, automation, HVAC, or data center infrastructure).
- Proven ability to manage ambiguous, large-scale programs.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise customers.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows is valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale, multi-site customer programs from planning through execution and long-term support.
- Define program strategy, including milestones, resource planning, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing technical leader.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to configure, deploy, and optimize AI-based industrial solutions.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and process gaps, and drive improvements to delivery frameworks.
- Lead executive-level communications and reporting.
- Mentor peers and scale program management best practices.
