Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- English proficiency for technical documentation
- Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes
- Experience with testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP
- Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Locust, and Jenkins
- Good knowledge of QA and Web Development concepts and methodologies
- Solid experience with Python or Java
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile Testing Process
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Fluency in Turkish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and design a robust automation system
- Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality
- Predict the testing process and develop test strategies
- Attend internal client meetings and discuss status with leadership
- Collaborate with infrastructure and implementation teams
- Regulate test setup hardware and software requirements
- Examine QA artifacts and reports
- Proactively identify and manage risks
- Develop test strategies for new requirements
- Support continuous learning and team growth
