- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with aptitude for retail math.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools for professional work.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive merchandise plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Manage Open-to-Buy meetings and monthly reviews with senior leadership.
- Forecast demand using historical data and market insights.
- Monitor inventory levels and sell-through rates to optimize replenishment.
- Conduct financial analysis of sales performance and product profitability.
- Manage financial success of assigned divisions regarding sales, margin, and inventory turn.
- Ensure standardized reporting deliverables and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to drive incremental growth.
