  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Demonstrated daily use of AI tools for professional work.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive merchandise plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Manage Open-to-Buy meetings and monthly reviews with senior leadership.
  • Forecast demand using historical data and market insights.
  • Monitor inventory levels and sell-through rates to optimize replenishment.
  • Conduct financial analysis of sales performance and product profitability.
  • Manage financial success of assigned divisions regarding sales, margin, and inventory turn.
  • Ensure standardized reporting deliverables and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to drive incremental growth.
