Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS.
- Excellent system design and backend architecture skills.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (NestJS).
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Propose and implement architectural improvements for core systems.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming.
- Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure reliability.
- Work with containerization and orchestration tools.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications.
