Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce architecture.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, governor limits, and platform best practices.
- Experience designing scalable applications, integrations, and distributed system architectures.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and secure authentication frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform best practices.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
- Design scalable Salesforce data models, configurations, and application architecture.
- Support reporting and document generation solutions, including PowerBI dashboards and Nintex DocGen templates.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and streamline troubleshooting.
- Contribute to AI-powered product capabilities, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Develop and maintain supporting services and integrations using technologies such as Python and React when needed.
- Write and maintain high-quality unit and integration tests.
- Refactor and improve existing solutions to reduce technical debt and enhance scalability.
- Participate in estimation, code reviews, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
