- Minimum 2 years of Epic work experience after certification.
- At least 1 current Epic certification (MyChart, Cadence, or Cheers).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain intense focus.
- Self-starter with ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
- Highly adaptable to new work environments and teams.
- Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.
- Project management experience (PMP preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services.
- Apply technical expertise to client system builds for issue resolution.
- Mentor client project teams on strategy.
- Track and document project risks and issues.
- Analyze and document clinical or administrative workflows.
- Collaborate with project leadership.
- Work directly with Epic end users for documentation and optimization.
- Lead project status meetings.
