Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics.
- 2+ years leading analytics teams.
- 4+ years working with health plan data (Medical Claims, Eligibility, Pharmacy).
- Expert SQL developer.
- Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools and ad-hoc reporting.
- Knowledge of modern database design and emerging data technologies.
- Proven ability to lead both technical projects and people.
- Comfort working in a matrixed reporting structure and operating with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable data pipelines and optimize modern data stack.
- Deliver reliable data products to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards for daily stakeholder use.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver roadmap initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, resourcing, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure data quality, observability, and documentation in every process.
- Build DBT data models.
- Collaborate with CDAO to align analytics priorities with business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to position the data platform for company growth.
