Requirements
- French legal education mandatory.
- Master 2 in Business law.
- Double major in business school/political science/LLM is a plus.
- Admitted to practice law in France (CAPA).
- 4 to 6 years of experience post graduation in corporate law.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- English and French full written/oral proficiency.
- Pro-active, autonomous, solution driven.
- Rigorous and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- Handle the Company corporate transactions including funding, M&A, investment, and other strategic operations.
- Handle corporate secretary for the French entity and its 8 worldwide subsidiaries and ensure compliance with local corporate law.
- Manage ESOP plans distributed to collaborators worldwide and associated formalities.
- Assist in developing and executing legal strategy regarding group structuration and setting up new entities around the world.
- Provide corporate advices to the founders and different stakeholders of the company.
- Proactively collaborate with the finance team and our outside counsels.
