Requirements
- Solid fullstack experience in production environments.
- Strong command of React, Next.js (App Router, RSC), and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with async, event-driven architectures and RESTful API design.
- Comfort with PostgreSQL and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Prisma.
- Experience writing unit, integration, and BDD/Gherkin tests.
- Python knowledge at an architectural level.
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in high-stakes environments like fintech or startups.
- AI-first mindset with proficiency in AI-assisted development tools.
- Advanced English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Take specs and features from production through to deployment.
- Write Gherkin tests before writing code.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude, Claude Code, and MCP in daily workflows.
- Contribute to technical decisions and architectural improvements.
- Manage sensitive data including SSNs, EINs, and bank accounts with focus on security, tenant isolation, and auditability.
- Collaborate directly with the team to solve business problems.
