Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
- Proven experience building new products from 0-to-1.
- Technical understanding of AI/ML, particularly in document understanding, NLP, and workflow automation.
- Experience conducting discovery interviews and synthesizing feedback.
- Ability to define, track, and measure success metrics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for AI-powered transaction capabilities.
- Drive customer discovery by working with brokerages and agents.
- Partner with AI engineering to build and validate solutions from prototype to product.
- Manage the build-measure-learn loop using experiments and adoption data.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure integration with core platform products.
- Maintain fluency in real estate compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the user perspective as the voice of the broker and agent.
