Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building production-grade, large-scale software systems.
- Proven success delivering zero-to-one products or systems.
- Deep full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, APIs, and data systems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong Go and Python skills.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and relational databases.
- Experience with machine learning systems in production.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and align stakeholders.
- Experience improving system reliability and defining SLOs.
- Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Define and guide the technical architecture for large-scale full-stack systems.
- Own and evolve end-to-end system architecture across distributed teams.
- Remain hands-on by writing production-quality code and building prototypes.
- Drive execution of complex, ambiguous technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business objectives into technical strategy.
- Lead the application of machine learning in production environments.
- Improve engineering excellence across the organization.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers.
