Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, professional services, or customer delivery.
- Strong organizational skills for managing timelines and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, disaster recovery).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, or similar cloud environments.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow).
- Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and managed service transition projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal technical teams.
- Translate customer requirements into structured project plans.
- Monitor project execution using project management tools.
- Collaborate with account and onboarding teams to confirm scope and service inclusions.
- Manage project coordination tasks like service order initiation and workflow creation.
- Support engineers in resolving blockers and maintaining project momentum.
