Requirements

  • 3–4 years of B2B product marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a startup or early-stage company.
  • Deep domain background in crypto, fintech, or payments infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to build positioning and GTM from scratch.
  • Experience running demand generation campaigns independently.
  • Comfortable managing and updating websites using CMS or code-based tools.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills for technical-to-buyer narratives.
  • Experience working directly with product and sales/BD teams.
  • Russian fluency (mandatory).
  • English language proficiency at B1+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Own Performa's positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation.
  • Shape product narrative, develop ICP profiles, and run messaging experiments.
  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new features, client segments, and market entries.
  • Drive and manage demand generation campaigns end-to-end.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement kit: decks, battle cards, objection guides, one-pagers.
  • Produce funnel content: whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, product briefs.
  • Manage social media presence in B2B crypto/fintech channels.
  • Manage the Performa website, updating and building new pages using AI-assisted tools.
  • Establish feedback loops with Sales and BD teams.
