Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in technical product management or business analysis.
- Experience leading initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe principles.
- Experience managing features/backlog and coordinating dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills with KPI forecasting experience.
- Technical aptitude in software development and system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- SAFe POPM, CSPO, or similar Agile certification preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
- Ensure requirements rigor and traceability across teams.
- Perform data analytics on product offers and promotions.
- Conduct impact and feasibility assessments for initiatives.
- Develop ROI projections and KPI forecasts.
- Define and own features within an Agile Release Train.
- Manage roadmap and backlog development.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to deliver solutions.
