- Strong communication skills and ability to lead stakeholder meetings
- Proficiency in design systems thinking
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous business environments
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows
- Technical familiarity with UX/UI design, prototyping, and user research
- Ability to scope own work and manage ownership of project outcomes
Responsibilities
- Run the full arc of product design from discovery to launch
- Own UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, research, and data visualization
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Facilitate discovery workshops and client alignment sessions
- Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct design QA to ensure product quality
- Drive outcomes in ambiguous, evolving project environments
