- Exceptional ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Responsibilities
- Create projects in MiTek Management to track work.
- Support the creation of standard operating procedures.
- Maintain document filing systems.
- Take notes for all meetings and organize information into OneNote.
- Participate in travel to train locations on processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
